Launching and running a business is a complicated thing to do. Getting things done quickly and correctly is important. You don't have time to search around for answers that may or may not be accurate.
Making the wrong decision can set you back weeks, or maybe even longer.
Making the right decision means understanding all the issues and how they all interconnect. What are the choices? What are the consequences of each choice? Are multiple steps required? Is there a right way and wrong way to do something?
This can take time and more importantly can be very frustrating.
It’s important to know that you’re not alone. Many people have likely had the same issue, whether it’s a quick and simple question or a more detailed problem that needs working through. Figuring it out yourself can be very fulfilling, but asking someone who’s already figured it out is probably going to be quicker and less risky!
That’s why we’ve come up with a solution for a small number of people who want to keep moving fast, or just ensure they're heading in the right direction.
Being confident in your business means being confident in your decisions. With regularly scheduled sessions to address the issues that you're seeing, you can be confident that you have a dedicated team working with you.

You'll have access to your coaches via direct messaging between sessions to quickly address any questions you may have. We'll set up a private group so that you can communicate confidentially rather than in a big group or 'community'.
Simple. Quick. Effective.
Obviously we can’t work with too many people or response times would become a challenge, but as folks become more experienced they don’t need us anymore (sad!) and that makes room for someone else.

HOW MANY SESSIONS PER MONTH?
We schedule 4 sessions per month initially. If you'd prefer to do 2 longer sessions instead, then we adjust accordingly.
WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT?
Our sessions will be driven entirely by you and the needs of your business. We'll bring in subject matter experts as and when required.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY SESSIONS I HAVE?
We only ask that you sign up for a minimum of three months coaching. After that it's up to you (but we hope you stick around!).
